Lagoon is the type of place that still retains the quality of family values by boasting such attractions as kiddie land, "old school" amusement rides, and cutting edge thrill rides for the daredevil in us all. We have been coming here for the over the past 10 years with our children, and my wife frequented Lagoon throughout her childhood as well. If you get the chance take the drive which is only about 17 miles north of Salt Lake City and see what you have been missing out on! The Wonderful World Of Lagoon!
Lagoon has been an excellent family getaway amusement park in Northern Utah since July of
1886. It was originally about 2.5 miles west of its current location, but was relocated in 1893 due to receding levels at the Great Salt Lake.
